Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, accounting, or related field plus five years of healthcare practice management, finance, or decision support.
• Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly variance analyses and executive financial reports.
• Provide leadership on budgeting, revenue/expense management, and contracts.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategy with department goals.
• Coordinate annual budget preparation and support forecasting.
• Develop analytics to explain changes in volumes and performance.
