Pennsylvania Mountains Care Network is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO)/Controller to lead the finance organization within a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare system serving rural communities.

The role oversees general accounting, fixed assets, and fund accounting, drives the monthly close, internal controls, and GAAP reporting, and partners with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of managerial experience.
• Advanced GAAP knowledge; CPA and MBA may be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee general accounting, fixed assets, and fund accounting.
• Lead monthly close and reconciliations; safeguard assets.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for GAAP reporting.
