Prime Healthcare Management Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for one of its acute care facilities in Pennsylvania.

The role oversees all financial policies, budgeting, capital planning and financial reporting to the Governing Board. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, 5–7 years hospital finance experience, management experience, CPA preferred, and knowledge of healthcare accounting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or closely related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Health Care Accounting practices and principles.
• 5–7 years experience in hospital accounting/finance; two years in management preferred.
• CPA preferred; ACHE membership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out policies and procedures established by the Governing Board.
• Present financial reports reflecting the hospital's financial activities to the Governing Board.
• Plan, organize and influence department activities; ensure financial records follow GAAP.
• Prepare annual operating capital expenditure and cash flow budgets for approval.
• Supervise financial affairs to optimize funds within budgets.
• Set realistic goals and measure outcomes to drive performance.
