Temple University’s School of Podiatric Medicine is seeking a Manager, Finance & Accounting (Patient Billing and Credentialing) to oversee credentialing for clinical faculty and manage billing operations in alignment with CMS, Medicaid and commercial payer requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in healthcare finance or accounting, and at least 3 years of supervision in a high-volume billing environment. Strong knowledge of payer regulations and EHR systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in Healthcare Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of high-volume healthcare billing/collection office supervision required.
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing regulations.

Responsabilités

• Credentialing of clinical faculty with CMS, CMS, CAQH and third-party payers.
• Billing and collection activities to maximize cash receipts.
• Hire and supervise the Patient Billing Department and coordinate month-end close.
