Job summary

Temple-Health seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the Customer Service and Self-Pay collections functions at our Philadelphia campus. You will manage a team, coordinate training, and ensure timely patient account receivables.

This full-time Day Shift role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in a related supervisory capacity, plus 3 years in billing operations and healthcare receivables. EPIC experience preferred, with strong regulatory compliance focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a related role with supervisory experience.
• 3+ years in billing operations and collections.
• 3+ years in healthcare receivables and/or insurance claims processing.
• 3+ years experience with computerized billing systems, preferably EPIC.
• 3+ years experience in Customer Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Customer Service and Self-Pay collections.
• Provide training, support, and oversight to staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely patient accounts receivable collections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and intermediary requirements.
