Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a Field Service Technician for Neptune to service medical equipment across the assigned territory. The role involves traveling in a company vehicle to hospitals, performing installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.

Candidate will collaborate with sales, clinical staff, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, document activities, and maintain compliance with PPE and credentialing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the territory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing and PPE requirements.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 lb.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners to ensure equipment performance.
• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to complete service requests, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues to restore functionality and minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and inspect medical equipment per guidelines and quality standards.
• Support software, connectivity, and system configuration as required.
• Coordinate service schedules and communicate findings to customers and stakeholders.
• Document service activities, repairs and parts usage in company systems.
• Interpret manuals and engineering docs to resolve equipment issues.
