TruCare Management is a rapidly growing healthcare company providing Chronic Care Management, Compliance Audits, and Clinical Support Services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and long-term care organizations across multiple states. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative who thrives on meeting new people, opening doors, and closing opportunities.

• Outgoing, confident, and personable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making cold calls and walking into facilities.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Willing to travel extensively by car throughout the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Healthcare sales experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
• Experience selling to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, or physician practices is a major plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits.
• Travel daily to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Build strong relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing (DONs), Regional Clinical Leaders, and corporate executives.
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Represent TruCare Management at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and networking events throughout the year.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
