Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or outside sales.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient English communication.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Southern California territory.
• Coordinate pickup of medical equipment for repair and return to Irvine repair center.
• Develop new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Meet with prospective customers to introduce USOC Medical's repair services.
• Provide timely repair status updates and exceptional service throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
