Advantage Behavioral Health LLC. seeks a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to oversee maintenance, safety, and environmental operations of a residential mental health facility in Lancaster, OH.

You will ensure buildings, grounds, and systems are safe, compliant, and well-maintained to support residents and staff. Collaborating with facility leadership, you will manage inspections, coordinate vendor services, monitor life-safety measures, and maintain records to support licensing and accreditation

Formación

• Minimum of three years of maintenance, facilities management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential homes, or human services settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with clinicians, staff, vendors, and regulators.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities for facility buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems.
• Monitor the condition of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, and fire/life safety systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns.
• Coordinate vendor services, repairs, inspections, and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, work orders, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports regarding facility conditions, maintenance projects, and capital improvement needs.
• Serve as a liaison between facility leadership, vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding maintenance and facility-related matters.
• Assist with the development of facility maintenance budgets and resource planning.
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.

Educación

High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical, trade, vocational, or facility maintenance certification preferred
