Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance for facility buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security, and life safety systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies promptly.
• Conduct inspections to identify safety or environmental concerns.
• Coordinate vendor services, repairs, inspections, and maintenance contracts.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
