Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Madison, Indiana is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance to oversee the Plant Operations department, ensure safe building maintenance, and coordinate maintenance programs for the health campus.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to health-campus regulations, and the ability to manage daily rounds, equipment repairs, and transportation-related compliance for residents.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers).
• Meets state requirements for transporting residents.
• For Kentucky applicants: DOT physical required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs the Plant Operations department and activities.
• Ensures safe operation of building maintenance to promote resident welfare and safety.
• Conducts daily rounds to identify and address physical plant and resident maintenance needs.
• Obtains and maintains MSDS for hazardous chemicals; trains employees in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs on equipment, building, and grounds and maintains grounds and parking areas.
