Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Manager of Facilities Maintenance for the Warsaw health campus. The role directs the Plant Operations department, ensuring safe, efficient upkeep of buildings, equipment, and grounds to support resident well-being.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance programs, performing rounds, managing hazardous materials procedures, and coordinating repairs to uphold high safety and quality standards for residents and staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED/HSE required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Valid, unencumbered driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Ability to operate a large van or bus (up to 15 passengers) safely.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and directs the Plant Operations department and its programs.
• Ensures safe operation of the building maintenance environment for residents’ safety and satisfaction.
• Performs daily rounds to identify and address physical plant needs and ensures equipment is available and functioning.
• Maintains MSDS records for hazardous chemicals and trains staff in hazardous materials procedures.
• Performs repairs and maintains grounds, facilities, and parking areas.
