Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical training in maintenance is desirable.
• 1 year of building repair and maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge and basic plumbing/electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical and mechanical support for building systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, and related controls.
• Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies.
