Qualifications

High school graduate is required.
Valid NC Driver’s License is required.
Knowledge of general maintenance is expected.
Experience in HVAC is preferred.
General computer knowledge for trouble-shooting and using a work order system.

Responsibilities

Maintain facility, grounds and equipment.
Perform minor repairs and help keep hazards away.
Monitor whirlpool lift and service as needed.
Lubricate wheelchairs and make minor repairs.
Clean casters and filters on equipment as scheduled.
Monitor bedrails and repair as needed.
Keep dining tables level at all times.
Hang pictures and connect TVs for patients.
Oversee downspouts, roof and maintenance shop cleanliness.
Repair sheetrock; perform minor carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
Willing to work odd hours for emergencies and assist as Housekeeping/Laundry/Grounds as needed.
