• Supervise vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and overall schedules for all.
• Institute and manage maintenance and operational best practices for buildings, grounds and systems.
• Understand OSHA, regulatory guidelines and industry best practices to ensure compliance by maintenance personnel, vendors and subcontractors.
• Operate and manage Building Management Systems (HVAC, lighting control, security and life safety).
• Manage usage and procurement to optimize utility consumption.
