Qualifications

• One year of experience in commercial maintenance or related trade.
• Basic computer skills (email, work orders, ordering).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, roofing, minor repairs, and electrical work.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is routinely performed on all equipment and systems.
• Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with regular inspections of the facility and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health and Life Safety Code and local regulations.
• Respond to fire and disaster situations per emergency plans.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.
• Perform other duties to ensure safe operation of the healthcare center.
