Job summary

Louisa Health & Rehabilitation Center in Louisa, VA is seeking a Maintenance Director for its 90-bed skilled nursing center. You will lead preventive maintenance, manage facility systems, supervise staff and contractors, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and CFC Type I certification. Healthcare maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be CFC Type I refrigeration certification within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and facility systems.
• Repair structures, utility systems, and grounds as needed.
• Supervise support staff and contractors; coordinate with vendors.
• Install, service, and repair mechanical equipment.
