Job summary
Oak Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for our skilled nursing facility in Taylor, PA. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle work orders, and anticipate maintenance needs to keep the building safe and functional.
The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to quality care. This is a full-time, on-site position with a daytime schedule, and benefits including health insurance, retirement

Responsibilities
- Complete preventative maintenance on various facility aspects.
- Complete work orders daily.
- Anticipate facility maintenance needs.
- Keep facility up to date on Life Safety regulations.
- Contact vendors for repairs/renovations.
