Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs, carpentry, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs according to work orders and documents tasks in the system.
• Performs basic plumbing and electrical repairs and appliance repairs.
• Performs basic carpentry and assists with drywall, flooring, and painting work.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and follows safety policies.
• Enters work orders and tracks task completion in the electronic record system.
