Job summary

Preferred Care Management in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to coordinate day-to-day upkeep of the facility and surroundings. You will handle minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical and cosmetic repairs and perform regular plant rounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on the job experience in healthcare.
• Experience with multiple hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily facility rounds and inspections to identify needed repairs.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical and cosmetic repairs.
• Paint as required and address lighting or cosmetic issues.
• Coordinate with staff to improve residents' living conditions.
• Complete preventive maintenance rounds and follow up on requests.
• Assist with special projects as designated by Administrator.
