CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a large hospital campus in Brenham, TX. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy-management tasks across a hospital and clinics, with a first shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain facilities across a large hospital campus, including clinics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems (paint, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Diagnose problems via inspections and execute timely repairs while adhering to codes and safety rules.
• Complete work orders accurately using tracking documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance tickets and system failures.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment as needed.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems run efficiently.
• Follow defined procedures and communicate clearly under supervision.
