Touchstone Communities is seeking a maintenance professional to support daily operations at our San Antonio community. You will liaise with the Maintenance Director to ensure timely completion of work orders and uphold Life Safety standards for residents, families, and staff.

The role requires knowledge of general labor, repair, painting, and facility maintenance practices, with preferred experience in a healthcare facility or skilled nursing environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of general labor, repair, painting, and facility maintenance practices.
• Experience in a healthcare facility or skilled nursing community is preferred.
• Ability to work with Maintenance Director to complete work orders in a timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the Maintenance Director to ensure all work orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain Life Safety compliance to provide a safe environment for residents, family members and team members.
• Support general labor tasks, repairs, painting, and maintenance activities as needed.
