Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist in inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility infrastructure.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruption to operations.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to identify and resolve issues before escalation.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to coordinate repairs and upgrades while complying with safety standards.
