Homestead Post Acute in the Greater Lexington Area is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to handle routine repairs and preventive maintenance across the facility. You will diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues, complete preventive maintenance schedules, and respond to work orders while coordinating with vendors for specialized services.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance across facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues to identify root causes.
• Perform preventive maintenance: inspections, adjustments, servicing.
• Background in industrial maintenance, preferably in healthcare or facilities.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is beneficial.
• Follow maintenance manuals, safety procedures, and work orders accurately.
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams.
