Job summary
Robin Run Village is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform general maintenance and repair of the interior and exterior facilities on a beautiful 86-acre campus. You will adhere to current standards and company policies while supporting a community that includes independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing.
A typical day involves maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems, responding to resident requests, and contributing to a safe, well‑functioning environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years related experience or training.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems in healthcare settings.
- Able to communicate effectively with Residents and families.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
Responsibilities
- Perform general operating maintenance, service and repair of interior and exterior facilities.
- Maintain scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment and emergency systems.
- Respond to maintenance requests from Residents for repairs in their rooms, including plumbing, electrical and lighting.
