Job summary

Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our facility's systems running smoothly. This full-time role focuses on general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical work, with a hands-on approach to painting and basic repairs in resident areas.

You will move materials between rooms, respond to emergencies, and work under the Director of Maintenance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge including plumbing and electrical experience.
• Lift and move 50–100 lbs.
• Weekend availability (one weekend per month).
• Team-oriented and able to work with others.
• Must meet Department of Health requirements.
• Willingness to respond to emergency calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting resident rooms and other areas
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed
• Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
