Job summary

Robinson Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform general upkeep of our facility, with responsibilities including painting, plumbing and electrical repairs. You will move materials between rooms and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting resident rooms and other areas.
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting resident rooms and other areas
• Conduct basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed
• Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Qualifications:

• General maintenance knowledge, including experience with plumbing and electrical systems
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs
• Must be available to work one weekend per month
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health
• Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required
