Atrium Centers Marshall Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep the center safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents and staff. You’ll supervise the maintenance team, ensure equipment and systems operate safely, and manage daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within healthcare or long-term care (preferred).
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations governing facilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and team members.
• Keep equipment, utilities, and building systems in safe, working order.
• Maintain grounds to provide a clean, secure environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and needs.
• Manage supplies, schedules, and departmental budgets.
• Maintain records for compliance and inspections.
• Support regulatory readiness and safety standards.
