Job summary

Atrium Health seeks a seasoned facilities leader to manage staffing, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance across a healthcare facility. The role focuses on optimizing operations, budget awareness, and proactive project coordination to ensure reliable building systems.

Strong leadership and MS Office proficiency are essential. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate or bachelor’s degree and CHFM/trades licensure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Trades certificate with 3 years of progressive leadership experience or 5 years progressive leadership experience.
• 7+ years progressive leadership experience; healthcare facilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish staffing complement and staff readiness to support a facility 24/7/365.
• Recommend, improve, evaluate, maintain, and administer maintenance and asset programs.
• Understand and utilize management tools including budget reports and CMMS dashboards.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance codes; schedule and maintain required inspections and drills.
• Lead root cause analysis of building system failures and implement solutions.
• Coordinate interdepartmental services and communicate with Administration, staff, patients and families.
• Assist in developing department and enterprise goals and productivity standards.
