Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and hospital equipment.
• Responds to work requests and trouble calls promptly and professionally.
• Ensures maintenance activities meet safety regulations and hospital standards (OSHA, NFPA, Joint Commission).
• Maintains records of maintenance, work orders, and equipment performance for management.
• Assists with budget management and orders maintenance supplies and parts.
