Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical).

• Maintain maintenance records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, OSHA and fire safety regulations.
