You will lead maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors to keep HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have healthcare maintenance experience, strong supervisory skills, and a proven ability to manage preventive maintenance programs while ensuring AHCA/OSHA

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance/facility management in healthcare or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general maintenance.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and able to respond to facility needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate vendors, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, OSHA, fire safety, and other applicable regulations.
• Respond to facility emergencies and urgent maintenance needs.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff.
