Palm Beach Nursing and Care Center in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead our maintenance team and ensure safety, compliance, and reliable operations across the facility. In this full-time role, you will supervise staff, plan schedules, manage repairs and upgrades, document activities, and respond to emergencies while upholding all applicable safety regulations and standards.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, equipment maintenance standards, and facility compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
