Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance/facility management in healthcare or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and general maintenance.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and able to respond to facility needs as required.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year

Boca Pointe Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to join our team under new management!

The Director of Maintenance will oversee the facility’s daily maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, safety, and overall physical plant operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance and repairs
• Manage preventative maintenance programs
• Maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, inspections, and repairs
• Maintain maintenance records and required documentation
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, OSHA, fire safety, and other applicable regulations
• Respond to facility emergencies and urgent maintenance needs
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff

• Previous maintenance/facility management experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare strongly preferred
