• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Repair plumbing, carpentry, doors/windows, and basic drywall tasks.
• Maintain electrical systems and HVAC units; replace bulbs and outlets.
• Conduct life-safety checks including fire alarms and emergency systems.
• Assist with terminal cleaning, resident room changes, and furniture moves.
• Review daily maintenance requests and log completed tasks.
