Job summary

Runk & Pratt Senior Living Communities is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems across our assisted living community. You will ensure a safe, climate-controlled environment for residents and staff, with potential on-call duties for after-hours needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC certification, and experience in healthcare or senior living facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• HVAC certification is required; EPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ventilation systems, thermostats, and related controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform timely, cost-effective repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls promptly.
• Maintain indoor air quality and comply with safety regulations.
