Energy Jobline ZR seeks a Plumber/HVAC Technician to install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the facility. You will ensure safe, code-compliant operation and provide on-call emergency support.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of plumbing/HVAC, and the ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools. Valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift 50+ lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in plumbing and HVAC maintenance in residential/commercial settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, HVAC systems, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Proficient with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply and waste systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC systems like air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, furnaces, and thermostats.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, and failures in plumbing/HVAC systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections per schedules.
• Replace piping, valves, fittings, and pumps as needed.
• Monitor inventory of parts and tools; report shortages.
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Provide emergency on-call support as required.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and vendors for complex repairs or installations.
