Job summary

Qualifications

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of practice.
Completion of EDIT program and/or prior Executive Director experience.
Experience in performance management and leadership.
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
Regular attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Lead facility management staff and consultants toward a business plan focusing on all operations.
Monitor departments, communicate policies, evaluate performance, and coach staff.
Oversee nursing care delivery and facility environment to meet resident needs.
Develop marketing strategies to maximize census payor mix and ancillary revenues.
Ensure safety, infection control, regulatory compliance and budget adherence.
