The role provides project management support, construction inspection, QA/QC, and contract compliance monitoring, coordinating with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction or engineering experience.
• Experience with construction inspections, construction administration, project coordination, or quality assurance.
• Ability to obtain CAC credentials and required federal background investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly project status reports.
• Track schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project progress.
• Coordinate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with production control and project planning activities.
