Qualifications

• 5+ years healthcare facility project experience
• Experience supporting design and construction projects
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and CAC

Responsibilities

• Review design documents, RFIs, and construction modifications
• Evaluate healthcare facility functionality and constructability
• Participate in inspections, commissioning, and turnover activities
• Coordinate technical reviews with stakeholders
• Support project closeout and occupancy efforts
