Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real ID is required for this position.
• Experience in commercial, institutional, or healthcare projects preferred.
• Ability to review compliance with building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the facility master plan for a healthcare campus.
• Provide oversight for renovation and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct site assessments and facility inspections.

Skills

Experience in facility engineering

Knowledge of building systems

Strong communication skills

Ability to conduct field inspections

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited program

Degree in Architecture with AIA qualifications
