Accolade Healthcare is seeking an Administrator-In-Training to oversee internal facility operations under the Administrator’s guidance. The role focuses on maintaining quality resident care while achieving business objectives and applying knowledge of regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work or Business Administration, strong English communication, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work or Business Administration is required.
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly and communicate effectively.
• Must work flexible hours and not remote.
• Must demonstrate leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring opportunities within the facility.
• Assist in development and implementation of a facility management system.
• Coordinate departments to ensure appropriate care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee facility quality assurance processes and reporting.
• Support financial management and maintain professional relationships.
