PACS Group is seeking an Administrator in Training for a dynamic long-term care facility. This training role provides direct oversight by a licensed Precepting Administrator and involves analyzing operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the facility team, residents, families, and the community, while developing leadership skills through hands-on supervision, policy implementation, and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business required or equivalent
• MBA or Master’s preferred for advancement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Assist in analyzing operations within a nursing facility
• Liaise between facility, residents, families and community
• Develop reporting on budget projections, revenue and expenses
• Support policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards
• Participate in safety and HR processes and vendor relations
• Contribute to capital improvements and advisory committees
• Assist in clinical and operations coordination with support teams
