• Meets minimum education requirements of the State.
• 1–3 years experience as healthcare facility administrator.
• Proficient in the use of personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall facility operations and budget planning.
• Ensures quality and regulatory compliance for resident care.
• Executes staff recruitment, orientation, and performance management.
• Maintains records and prepares forms in line with policies and regulations.
• Manages government surveys and accreditation processes.
• Drives grievance handling and HIPAA compliance.
