Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated leadership or managerial experience.
• Licensed preceptor identified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and directing the facility's overall operation.
• Support census, budgets, compliance and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
• Participate in staff development and performance evaluations.
• Attend management meetings and communicate with leadership.
