Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire and air systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
• Responds to general maintenance service calls in a timely manner and troubleshoots systems.
• Maintains interior spaces and inspects specialized machinery for safety compliance.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other departments and documents activities.
