Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of related preventative maintenance experience.
• Trade certification or license in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or mechanical preferred.
• Basic Windows-based software understanding and ability to utilize preventative maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment, including lighting, HVAC, and life safety devices.
• Utilizes CMMS to receive, track and close-out work orders and maintain documentation.
• Responds to emergencies and coordinates with security and facilities teams to restore operations.
• Disposes of hazardous waste in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Maintains all documentation and testing logs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
