In addition to performing general maintenance work, you will also be enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and uphold our core Banner Values. You will be responsible for conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on our facilities infrastructure and equipment, light electrical and light plumbing. This also includes changing ceiling tiles, the ability to work from ladders, and the ability to use a variety of hand tools.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. You will be assigned approximately 12-15 buildings within a designated geographic region in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

This position is responsible for providing basic building maintenance preventative and corrective work to the facility. Building maintenance activities include but are not limited to general fire alarm systems, beds, TV’s, plumbing, medical gas outlets, nurse call, pneumatic tube system, elevators, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Works with and assists other trades in completing required tasks. Some locations may have responsibility for other duties which might include security, groundskeeping and snow removal.
