Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2-year degree from a technical college related to Building Infrastructure System maintenance.
• Four years of military experience in a related field will be considered in lieu of the educational and field service experience requirements.
• Experience with Computers and various building control systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, repair and diagnose building infrastructure systems and portable equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance including belt replacement, lubrication, filter changes and pressure washing.
• Respond to and resolve emergency and repair calls, coordinating with maintenance shops and on-call staff.
