Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical training preferred.
• 3+ years troubleshooting & maintenance of HVAC/power plant equipment.
• Experience in healthcare facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power plant and HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test building systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Document work in CMMS and communicate with staff to ensure uptime.
